Currently, there is scope for greater collaboration between schools in the Cluster. Professional Learning Teams will be established within and across Cluster schools. Important links will be established within and across the three Cluster areas, enabling discussion, reflection and innovation to develop along the lines of specific student needs. Across the Cluster, established Professional Learning Teams will focus on providing opportunity for shared experiences, including the use of outside expertise in order to develop and implement best practice approaches to teaching and learning.

Teachers Database proforma to gather up expertise within the cluster

Teachers from each school will be able to “learn” from others through teacher shadowing and mentoring as well as access to Professional Development programs. A Cluster Intranet and web-site will be established as an early priority, to enable sharing and communication between schools to become common practice.

Filamentality is a fill-in-the-blank tool that guides you through picking a topic, searching the Web, gathering good Internet links, and turning them into learning activities. It combines the "filament" of the Web with a learner's "mentality". Support is built-in through Mentality Tips that guide you along the way. In the end, you'll create a Web-based activity you can share with others even if you don't know anything about HTML, Web servers, or all that www-dot stuff.
